VistaPrint guarantees that you will be satisfied with the quality of their products.

If you are not satisfied with any of the products you receive, simply send an e-mail to Customer Care with the subject heading "Inquiries - Existing Orders" within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please include your order number, the e-mail address you used to order, and reason for return (see below).

Their Customer Care department will review your request and work with you to meet your expectations.

They will reprint or refund the cost of any product that fails customers' quality expectations.

However, they cannot take responsibility for typing, image, or design errors introduced by customers in the document creation process.

In an effort to keep costs down and pass those savings along to customers, VistaPrint does not review card documents for content or spelling.
